Upstate SC Heroes Program℠ is a consumer benefits program that was created to honor the men and women who serve, protect, and improve the lives of the people who live in the Upstate South Carolina community.

 We serve current and retired individuals from all branches of the Military, Healthcare, Education, Firefighting, EMS, and Law Enforcement.

 The program and its benefits can save home sellers and buyers thousands of dollars when they buy or sell their next home.

 There are no costs or fees to get access to the program and our affiliates provide top notch real estate-related services at discounted fees to our Heroes.

 We’re proud to serve those members of our community that take great care of us.

The idea to create Upstate SC Heroes was brought about by my experience as a fire fighter for the City of Greenville for 14 years and recognizing that there wasn’t a program like this locally that gave back to this deserving group of people when buying or selling a home.

Meanwhile, after 8 years of working in the real estate business, I found out that there is a community of people that wants to give back to these heroes as much as I do. This group of dedicated professionals and I decided to partner together and offer these heroes a combination of benefits that is simply unmatched anywhere in the local market. The process of buying and/or selling a home can be difficult at times. It’s our goal to make sure that every hero in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Laurens counties receives access to the significant benefits and savings offered by the Upstate SC Heroes program when they buy or sell their home.
