Our Story

Upstate SC Heroes was created by me, Brian O’Neill of Greenville, SC. I’ve been a resident of Upstate South Carolina for 23 years. After serving the citizens of Greenville, South Carolina as full-time firefighter, I decided to retire in October of 2022. 

 In 2014, I got my real estate license so I could start earning additional income to save for my newborn daughter’s education. What I found after I got started was that I loved real estate as much as I loved being a firefighter.

 As a community servant, I know how hard folks like me work to protect, serve, and improve the lives of the people in which they come in contact with every day. Realizing the commitment these individuals make day in and day out, I wanted to do something to recognize them for their effort. That’s when I decided to combine my two passions and created Upstate SC Heroes.

 It’s the only reward program in Upstate South Carolina that saves hero buyers and sellers money on every facet of the home selling and buying process.

 My goal is to make sure that every hero in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, Laurens gets access to the significant benefits and savings offered by the Upstate SC Heroes program when they buy or sell their next home.

 I’m looking forward to meeting, and working with all the Heroes that work so hard to care for the members of the Upstate South Carolina community.
